Disk Space Allocation:-

/                       = 30GB - For OS Installation

/swap               = 8GB  - Swap Space

/u01                 = 30GB - Oracle Binary Installation

/oradata1         = 30GB - Datafile Location 1

/oradata2         = 30GB - Datafile Location 2

/oraarch           = 60GB - Archive & Backup Location

/software         = 12GB - Software Location

Total Size = 200GB

Steps to be Executed:-

A. Install Enterprise Linux 6 in VM

B.Putty Configuration with Xming

C. Preparing Environment

D. Copy the Oracle Binary Software from Local drive to /software mount point

E. Oracle Binary Installation

F. Listener Configuration

G. Net Service Name Configuration

H. Create A Database using DBCA Graphical Tool

I. Login database with OEM

A. Install Enterprise Linux 6 in VM
